In Agartha, The Angry Earth starts, and leads to the City of the Sun God. The Angry Earth unlocks The Voice of Klein, and An Interlude of Sand, which unlocks Digging Too Deep, which unlocks Appeasing the Flame, which unlocks Fight For Your Rites, which unlocks In the Dusty Dark and An Interlude of Bedtime Stories and An Interlude of Mythos
In the Dusty Dark unlocks: They Belong in a Museum (collecting relics under the Black Pyramid) and Beneath You It Eats Its Name. Completing Beneath You It Eats Its Name unlocks The Agartha Egress
None of the "Interlude"s are repeatable; neither is When the World is Rocking nor The Agartha Egress. The remainder are all repeatable.
